So apparently some of you jokers don't believe me that weapons tools such as sledgehammers and saws are available for use on the trains. In an "emergency" of course.
This is the best possible photo I could snap. That's a saw. On closer inspection, I also learned these tools are tested every three months. It doesn't say how, but they passed!

Just pull that little red ring and go to town! Scary.
Why are these things even on the trains? Are there instructions for their use? Would the everyday GO commuter know they have these tools and what to do with them? You don't see these on the TTC so why on a GO train?

They are provided so that if the train crashes and the carriages overturn, you have some means to get out.
