Lately when I've been boarding in the west, I hear this new announcement from the ambassadors saying "for the courtesy of all passengers, please place bags under your seats". It's sad that we have to be told that. It should be a given....

There's a guy on Lakeshore West who sits in the corner on the upper coach and has a 'tall' can of beer EVERY day on his way home.
I hate Tallboys. The beer always gets warm before I can never finish it. I'd rather have a bottle in front of me... you know the rest.
