I've seen this guy. Blond hair. Goatee. Hair on the arms BUT NO HAIR ON HIS LEGS.It's freaky.
Avid (male) cyclists, particularly racers, often shave their legs to cut down wind resistance on the bike. Strange but true...
I have to mention this man had a full head of blonde hair and I'm pretty sure he's not a professional swimmer or cyclist.
