I reckon Washington is where that person's company has its main servers.. the company I work for would show Montreal and it used to be Charleston NC
I'm going to use a proxy server so it looks like you have visitors from Tierra del Fuego.
Maybe someone's out of town boss was checking up on their excuse for being late.
I'm in agreement with the comment above me. It does have all the right rings to it.
I am a planning student and I know tons of people who are interested in other transit systems. I frequent the mbta and cta. I think it is normal. Or that person is on business from gta and they had loved one on the train and was just curious
