Oh Brampton, my hometown. If there's an emergency at the station a fire truck won't get anywhere near the place.
I remember overhearing someone bragging about parking like that for weeks and never getting a ticket. Guess what he found when he got off the train a few minutes later...
They should have a team that goes to each station, every day of the week and tickets. Maybe those fees could be used to maintain the ticket prices of those who actually follow the rules.
I have to admit, I take the bus about 98% of the time to the GO station. But I do get a tremendous sense of satisfaction when, while waiting for my (always late) bus to arrive, I see people who park illegally return to their vehicles and almost seem insulted that they got a parking ticket.

The good news is that if a fire truck bashes those cars while trying to get to the station, the owners won't be able to sue.
Now, if someone held a lighter to a smoke detctor in Brampton...
