Burning questions

In the wake of the TTC's scrutiny on the subject of cellphone usage while at the wheel, the media has done a good job to suppress a recent claim that a GO driver has done the same thing, too. I can't find much else on the subject than at these links:

Where is Bob Kinnear's rant? Can't the drivers go on strike in of protest of this accusation and give me the day off?

  1. Maybe its because the GO bus dirver's union realises that bad driving/killing passengers isn't good for their members in the long run...
    Using a cellphone while driving is illegal in Ontario. GO knows that, the driver knows that. If this turns out to be true (and cellphone records should tell GO ot teh polcie either way), then the driver should be fired. After all, if I commit an illegal act at work, I woudl expect to loose my job.
