While shooting the devastation in the Arahama area of Japan, a film crew's attention was caught by a dog who led them to his injured friend. The dog stood guard and protected his down-and-out dog friend until they were rescued and taken to a local shelter.
You know, I don't even mind that Disney is obviously going to turn this heartbreaking/heartwarming clip into a full-length 3D CGI musical movie starring the voices of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

yup, i'm toast when animals are concerned (dogs especially)....cryin' green as I type....
That's the best. Animals have no ego.
I watched that yesterday on msnbc.com and cried. Don't have no boundaries, no limitations, they just love. Breaks my heart seeing this....
Man's best friend is dog's best friend too. So heartbreaking, but at least hey were both rescued are getting the care they need :)
Prayers to everyone in Japan...including all those animals who don't have a voice... its nice to see a happier story. e
