  2. Oh man ... when I was told a Cinnabon was the equivalent of eating 2 Big Macs, I've never touched one.

  3. According to http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-cinnabon-classic-roll-i52903 , a classic cinnabon contains 730 calories, 24g fat, and 114g carbs. A Big Mac contains 540 calories, 29g fat and 45g carbs.

    So, a cinnabon's better for you, because it has less fat, sodium and cholestrol. It also has more calories, which is a good thing if you need the energy.

  8. @sue: the site I was using doesn't give sugars vs. other carbs. The point about less fat / sodium / cholestrol remains valid.
