According to http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-cinnabon-classic-roll-i52903 , a classic cinnabon contains 730 calories, 24g fat, and 114g carbs. A Big Mac contains 540 calories, 29g fat and 45g carbs.
So, a cinnabon's better for you, because it has less fat, sodium and cholestrol. It also has more calories, which is a good thing if you need the energy.

Cinnabon!
Oh man ... when I was told a Cinnabon was the equivalent of eating 2 Big Macs, I've never touched one.

@Tom
Hope you're not a nutritionist by trade because you'd be pretty shitty at it!
I mean that in a ha ha way.
Ideally, go for a salad.
But it has 12 1/2 teaspoons of sugar which is 123% of the recommended daily consumption.
I went with a salad & tuna sandwich
Boooooooooringgggggg
@Al
Them fightin words. :)
Leave my social interaction experiments alone! See that ball over there? It belongs to you. Now go pick it up and get the hell out of my yard.
@sue: the site I was using doesn't give sugars vs. other carbs. The point about less fat / sodium / cholestrol remains valid.
Well you threw the ball there, Of course I'm gonna mess with ya.
Ya gotta admit, not much excitement in salad and a tuna sandwich!!
I put hot sauce on it.
I was wondering if you jazzed it up at all.
Good for you.
Was there nuts in your salad? Seeing as your on this ball kick today.
He he Get it, (chirp, chirp, chirp go the crickets)
I was going to recommend Lunch O' Clock, but then I saw how this thread was going. :P
