Twenty minutes or it's free?!
In a pre-election gambit, Premier Dalton McGuinty is urging GO Transit to offer commuters an improved “service guarantee” that would refund fares if trains are 20 minutes or more late.
they already do give out free rides if the train is delayed more than 45 mins...but i don't think everyone knows that. oh...and the reason has to be GO's fault. so if someone decides to jump in front or your train or get sick on it...sorry...no refund!
