Off Topic: Did you know that at one time you could buy a house from the Eaton's Catalogue?

Click to enlarge. Check out the price. I can't even put a friggen IKEA coffee table together, let alone a house. What's the Eaton's Catalogue, you ask?

  1. Wow, 7 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom? Good Lord, get in there early! You would not want to be the last one in there. Sadly, I remember the Eaton's catalogue. I guess that means I'm old. *sigh*

  4. Eatons was the best store. I used to love their "uncrates the sun" promotion every spring. I too am old Bicky :-(
I'll bet someone put that house in some posh neighbourhood, some young couple then bought it in a bidding war, did some reno's and it's now worth $2 million.
