  1. Compost and litter are sharing the same bag. Newspapers thrown in as well! Awesome.

  2. Seems people just don't give a sh*t 'bout recycling, composting, and, in general, saving the planet. Sad.

  3. At least they are disposing of their garbage and not leaving it everywhere. See, an upside.

The downside, well, its kinda confusing when you are going with the flow to stop, stare and figure out what goes where. As well, the composting rules are different depending on which region you are from. TO takes a bunch of stuff in their compost that Durham does not.

  5. lol....i was trying to fetch something from the bottom of a heavy bag of files recently. Station was quiet because it was before the rush hour commute, so I rested a corner of the bag o n the frame of one of the bins marker "newspapers only" thinking it would be cleaner than the floor. One of the cleaners came and in the most obnoxious way told me I was in her way. Instant reaction from me: "oh sorry!" while moving my bag. I then stood there stunned while she dumped various trash and a bucket of dirty mop water in it. I said "that can is for recyling newspapers I thought." She then told me to fuck off. lovely! :)
