They can dance all they like, it's still won't change the sloppy implementation, poor fare policies and the silly card restrictions (having to get the card manually reset if you overdraw it? How 1990's is that).
I was going to say, great, spend all this money on a friggin commercial and they haven't even gotten the entire system figured out or ironed out. Way to go!
I HATE presto!!! We didn't leave the Bay St Bus platform on time once last week. Most of the delays were due to PRESTO. You know, that payment system that will make things easier. People don't put enough money on them, they forget to tap off and the card gets suspended. Instead of sending them inside to sort it out and catch the next bus, the drivers are trying to sort it out on the platform.
This website is not only read by GO Transit passengers, but also by employees of various transit agencies across Canada and the US, members of the media and enjoys an audience from around the world. Please take that into consideration.
