Did someone seriously duct tape a set of car keys to the window of a car? How fucking stupid is this person? If I lost my keys, I would NOT want them taped to the window. I’d rather they be at the lost-and-found, or gone forever. Either of those choices offers a significantly reduced likelihood that my car will be stolen by someone who was literally presented with the key to the ignition.

What's impressive is the person who wrote and taped the letter to the car's window had duct tape handy. Or is that creepy?

Only because I think my parents included some in an emergency kit for the car (Xmas gift one year).
