I've talked to him on the platform from time to time and can confirm Richard is the genuine article. It's a pleasure to ride on the train when he's around.
One of the very few things that I miss about not taking the GO anymore. Certainly don't miss the fucking door dings and scrapes on my car anymore, asshats.
