Agreed. Dirty foot rider should be fined, if only yoo cover the additional cost of cleaning. It'll save the rest of us from having to subsidize it from our fares
I am always tempted (but not brave enough) to ask where I can get a pair of magic shoes/boots like that. You know, the kind that always stays clean, so that I could put my feet up too and not worry about soiling the seat.
With a donkey, the only way to change their behaviour is through their wallet. Otherwise, they will live their idyllic lives in their "magic" footwear.
