It looks more like a bat to me. With the head of Batman. And the body of deli wrapped meat.
Better name for it. It's the FOSA Catcher
Saw this back in the fall. I was as umimpressed as the pigeons.Why did someone think it would work?
It's an interpretive dance owl.
Owl Performance Art - you have to be urban ironic to "get" it...
It looks like Batman in a paper bag.
