To answer your questions. No, I didn't confront the friend. Why would I? I answered his question.
Friend #2 didn't get a reply because I prevented friends from engaging in the debate further.
The woman who triggered my Twitter remark had put her sandal-wearing feet on the seat next to me and had calluses as thick as a work glove and hair growing on her big toes that looked like a pubic bush.
I was so tempted to break out the sandals and open toed shoes last week, but because the pedicure hadn't been done, nope. Not going to subject the world to the sight.
So apparently, the woman in question broke 2 rules (one written) with the nasty feet on the seats.
Seriously, Freedom of Speech? The term Freedom of Speech is probably the most abused term in human history! We are talking a private forum here, not some government newswire. I curse on my FB wall and all troll get defriended without notice in my FB world.
This website is not only read by GO Transit passengers, but also by employees of various transit agencies across Canada and the US, members of the media and enjoys an audience from around the world. Please take that into consideration.
