That's Door Donkey (TM) to you!

Great shoutout but I coined the term "door donkey" back in 2009.
Royalties are now due in full.

  1. Saw this last night and told my co-worker that I betcha KarmaGirl reads your site and/or overheard people talking about the site. No way someone else would have made up the same derogatory nickname.

  2. I saw that shoutout and almost wondered if C.J. had written it.

  4. Given the LSE reference and the rather fulsome list I too assumed CJ's finger prints were on it.

    I applaud the author!

  5. If I may add to that list... plucking chin hairs and blowing them off the tweezers onto unsuspecting person's shoes sitting in the opposite seat. Ick, ick, ick!

  6. I am so tired of Door Donkeys, so now what I do is I get up before Bloor GO and stand there and be a door donkey too. The big difference is when we get into Union and get off, I take my sweet ass time walking to the stairs and going down the stairs. You should see how many try to go to the other side to go faster then me. I swear I can feel them all behind me "pushing". FYI to them all: If you really need to rush to work or whaatever - take an EARLIER train so you have more time to get where you are going instead of rushing everyone down the stairs!

  7. C'mon guys. You know I don't call the platform jumpers "Cheaters". They're Triple Ds.

    And that means ?

    I'm sooo disappointed.

  8. Triple Ds = Departure door donkeys.

    Is there a prize? ;o)
