Yeah but by the time they get back to you (5+ days) someone else may have claimed your item. Hopefully their turnaround time on answering emails is faster than Presto's(still waiting...).
they just said email them...doesn't mean they'll help you look for the lost item or email you if they find it. i think they should put up a web site with pics of the items turned into them. so people can check ahead of time if their item is at the lost and found or now.
If they put up pictures of items currently in Lost & Found wouldn't you think that some would treat it like it's eBay? I would imagine visual DNA like that would ensure someone would "claim" it before the original owner got there.

Since the end of April I no longer ride the GO, since I now live in Toronto. Can't say I miss the hour commute.
I have not received an email, text or anything about this. I have received so many other notices from GO but nothing about this.
