This is a good idea! I'm hoping they'll profile some of the CSAs with annoying habits (like not disconnecting completely after announcements thereby broadcasting a crying baby until the next stop).

Also, TCT should start a video series... Meet your Disgruntled Rider.

I hope they profile some of the CSA's on the Milton line. We have a few characters. Like the fellow in the morning who says "Kip-el-ing" station for Kipling. Brightens my day when they have a sense of humour :)

The best CSA was Conductor Kevin, who did the Georgetown line before Bombardier and the "CSA" position took over.

I think the best CSAs are the ones that just give you the facts, and are otherwise quiet. I'm not interested in being entertained. I don't need the CSA to wish me a super-duper oh-happy-day, and I'm sure not interested in hearing about the Ajax platform three times before we even reach Whitby. Hear that Denise? STFU.

I'd like to see Tom's. It's probably going to need subtitles and/or lots of editing.

Thanks kary, couldn't agree more. We've had a couple of those on the LSW. But I suppose it's amusing for the CSA's fans that sit in the accessibility cars, you know, the ones that don't need to be there.

I agree with Jenn's comment on the guy on the A.M. Milton line, he is very funny and always made me chuckle. A good way to start the work day!

My favourite CSA on the LSW will be taking another schedule starting next week... I will miss his friendly voice, and how he would ask, when the train left Union: "So, how's everybody doing today?" He's a great guy and I always noticed many passengers smiling when they heard his voice and cheerful manner. Best wishes for his continued success!
