Many of those lots are too small and unable to handle the volume they get. I get the point of the of the painted buffers but they're often a ridiculous extra size. Many lots could gain several spots if the zones were reasonable. But, then GO wouldn't be able to ticket people parked in them and grab that cash.

They just sit back and quietly pray people get so fed up they start taking the bus, or walk.
