While I am not condoning the person in the picture (it is discourteous to put feet on seats), isn't this an invasion of privacy, taking pictures of people on the sly and posting them on the public domain without their knowledge? How would you react if someone did this to you?
How do you protect the privacy of people in a picture with you as you pose in public in front of the CN Tower? You can't.
Now, if I had snuck into your house and photographed you sleeping without your knowledge and published those pictures on this site, that's a real problem.
