If this is during rush hour breaking out the emergency axe under the seat and giving him a "Heeeere's Johnny!" wake up call would not be uncalled for. There should be a fine for that during a ticket check.
I was on the train one morning when he was there. Some lady got on at Pickering and yelled get the fuck up! She is my hero! LOL The guy jumped up and apologized. He was stoned out of his mind. He sad on the floor and started picking scabs on his feet. Doesn't he know he is supposed to be on the subway, not the Go Train? LOL
