The sad thing is: the woman who was pushed/kicked/moved from the doors probably isn't licking her wounds and thinking about what she did wrong. Nope, she is probably demonizing the person who helped remove her from the train.
Good timing. On the LSE this morning, the CSA came on the PA at Rouge Hill or Guildwood and said irritably, "Folks, please do not hold the doors. We wil open the doors if we see someone running on the platform."
