I'm sure it crossed a lot of people's minds especially considering some trains can't adjust the a/c for this weather and lot of people wind up freezing but I can't bring myself to put on a winter jacket in July.

Ha! I was thinking about my winter coat this morning while freezing at the bus stop! Won't go there, but still the thought did cross my mind.
