Packed express train but the rolling suitcase got a seat. Phew!

  1. This happened on my trip home on the 3:30 pm Georgetown train too. Two guys got on with life size stuffed gym bags full of camping gear (2 each). Proceeded to put them up on their own seat and then had the gall to ask a woman if she'd mind moving so that they could sit together.
Question, are they putting bags on seats because they think they're in the way in the aisle or that the floor is just too unclean? Anyway, the two guys complained the train wasn't going fast enough even though they knew the ETA. It took until Malton for them to read the Quiet Zone sign for it to dawn on them as to why the top level was so quiet.
