Don't blame him, he's in a "drunken stupor".
This man is obviously in touch with the people and knows how to stretch a buck. He has my vote.
Getting sick just looking at this. At the very least, could he/she lie on their back so that they don't have their face on the cootie-laden floor? What, are the seats in the Greyhound station not good enough? Or were you too drunk to find them?
