A GO Transit delay does not entitle you to a smoke break (especially in line and in an area clearly marked "No Smoking")

Lady asked driver if he'd hang on 1 sec while she finished her SMOKE b/c "train was late & GO owed her". He said nope & drove off FTW

Find that driver and give him a big fat bonus!GO can take the money from all the stuff they save by NOT enforcing the Bylaw...no, wait a minute... check that, if they enforced the bylaw at an average station at an average day, they'd generate at least a couple hundred an hour over and above enforcement officer salaries... so... take it out of the Christmas bonus of whatever mook is in charge of not enforcing the bylaw (wish I knew his name)
