I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her

subject: Your Instagram comment

You left a comment on a photo of mine on Instagram telling me to keep my shoes off the seats. First of all, it was dry that day. Second of all, I don't know who you think you are but I know what you are. You are an online bully. My friends were shocked that a total stranger would write that. You're not my mother.
My wife thinks you need a life. I have to agree.
I read on your site that you have a daughter. I feel sorry for her. What lessons are you teaching her about trolling the internet writing comments on photos taken by people she doesn't know?
By the way, your site is pretty pathetic. You can't even create your own content. You rip off pictures from the internet. What a sad life you have.
Please don't bother to reply. I don't plan on reading anything you have to say.
Go crawl back under the rock you deserve to be under.

I sent Vito a Facebook friend request.

  1. aahhhh.... I was soooo hopeful that there would be threats of legal action. Love the cattorney's responses.

    Another day perhaps.

  2. Georgie was so disappointed, he wondered into a closet and stayed there all night.

  3. I love the passive shot-across-the-bow and then the instruction to "don't bother to reply". Way to make sure you get the last word there, buddy.

  4. I love how the "it was dry that day" argument negates any other crud that Vito would have picked up on his shoes and deposited on the seat. It never ceases to amaze me that people think it's ok to put their dirty DRY feet on other people's seats.

  5. Another friend made this day.

A proud moment in Crazy train history for sure.

What a tool. I'm sorely tempted to get an instagram account so I can do the same. My politeness level would be minimal though.

  6. Keep us updated if Vito accepts your friend request. I see a long lasting friendship there that would be purrrrrrrrrfect.

  7. I love people who say "my friends think", "my wife thinks", or "so and so thinks" like it is a way to justify their opinion. Really, it just makes people look like they can't form or justify their own opinions. Take note, I don't care what your friends think.

I think he should keep his feet off the seat. So does my husband, daughter, sister, brother, niece, dog, friend, cat, hamster and Hanky the Christmas Poo.

  9. Hey Vito,

When you get home tonight, leave your shoes on and sit on the couch and put your feet up, then see what your wife says......

  10. I'm on pins and needles here!
I hope he comes back to the site today and sees what the top story is.

  11. what a dufus, love the comment about your daughter...what lessons are you teaching her? uh how to behave properly with manners in public and respect people unlike Vito. Can't beleive this guy is mature enough to be able to get married, honestly by the sound of his email he sounds like 10 or 12 tops.

  12. I'd love to walk up to the guy and wipe the bottom of my shoes on his pants, smile, and walk away. He probably wouldn't understand.

Write a reply, in case he does come back. I want to hear what you have to say to Vito. Please?

  15. I was unable to find him on facebook to send a friend request.

  16. I just checked, too. I think he deactivated his account!
    Guess I am a bully.
I guess I better prepare the lawyers.

  17. @Anon re: reply
I've got nothing more to say than what's already been said here.
I'm disappointed he deactivated his account or he changed his name on Facebook so he couldn't be found.
He managed to assert himself in an email to me. He told me not to reply, which I didn't, but he didn't say we couldn't be friends on Facebook.
If he feels so entitled, what's he afraid of? That 10 or so people send him Facebook requests? Maybe he's worried about his privacy?
By the way, his instagram account, which was public under his full name, has also been deactivated.

Yes, my friends, Vito has picked up his ball and gone home.

  18. Maybe Vito had a change of heart and is starting over online with a different perspective?

Okay kids, what lessons did Vito learn today?

If you're going to post photos of yourself and hashtag it so others can find it, and you're engaged in behaviour others find rude, people will call you out.

Never use your real name online.

Don't email the crazy bitch from the GO Train site.

  19. I'll take "Don't email the Crazy Bitch from the GO train site" for $500, Alex.

Oh look at that! A Daily Double.

  20. Another successful public shaming. It's been a winderful day.

So long Vito, it was nice while it lasted. You'll be missed.

  21. You should never cross a guy named Vito when it comes to matters of foot riding entitlement!

  22. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't calling someone a "guido" the same as calling them a "wop" @AllanVS? Can we not stoop to the level of the douchebags we purport to detest?

    ReplyDelete
  23. I didn't notice the guido remark. I should not have allowed that through.

    I agree. Let's not go there. K?

  24. Where's Darwin's natural selection to deal with people like Vito?

    ReplyDelete
  25. You are not Vito's mother! Hallelujah! Notice how he referenced his mother BEFORE his wife?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Vito must be checking with his mother and wife because taking further action....
