I don't care how empty the coach is.
Go ahead and toss your bag onto a seat so long as you plan on moving it at some point to accommodate passengers boarding, but there is no excuse for claiming the seat opposite you as your ottoman.
Your shoes are dirty. Don't matter if it's dry as desert dirt out there on the platform and the parking lot, your shoes are dirty.
Keep your grime off the seat. Whenever I get photos like this, I secretly hope the person is sitting is someone's dog's shit.
The other day I asked a footrider sitting beside me to take her feet off the seats, and someone would have to sit on the dirt and salt at some point. Her response was that nobody needed the seat now, and that her shoes weren't that dirty... (They were wet and covered in salt) I asked if shed put them on her couch at home. Which is when she put them back on the ground... Leaving 2 white streaks where the salt rubbed off on the fabric. *sigh*
