My bad - my analogy for how the GO On-Time Guarantee Claims Department determines approval eligibility was wrong

Close, but sadly, no cigar according to a few emails.

There is still a strong belief there's a prize wheel involved when a claim is submitted and a decision is made, but I was wrong about the wedges.

All of us (myself, Georgie Greyskull & Wendel Clark - my Cattorneys-at-law) at ThisCrazyTrain.com sincerely regret the error.

Here is the corrected wheel.

Spin away Jim!
