So much concern

Many of you were shaken to the core by my horrific tale about forgetting my phone yesterday. Some of you were so moved by my plight that you kindly took to your phones to text me last night and early this morning to remind me to remember my phone.

So sweet, right? And you are... but let's think about that ... I'll wait.

And yes, I remembered it today.

Peanut Butter Grinder did get on the same coach as me and my train friend this morning, but every window seat had been copped. You could see the agony etched across PGB's face when she realized that horror of horrors, she would have to sit upstairs in the Quiet Zone.

Ahh, karma.

  5. Union Station is short, easy to pronounce and can't be nic-named.

Sir John A MacDonald Station? Hardly rolls of the tongue.

Lets keep Union Station as is. Imagine all the signage that also has to be enlarged and re-hung. A waste of money, but the libs are good at that.

  7. Union Station should be renamed Can You Spare Five Dollars So I Can Buy A Ticket To Get Back To Barrie As I Was Just Visiting My Mother Who Is Dying Of Cancer At St Mike's Hospital Station.

  8. Somebody fell for that scam yesterday at Union. I saw a guy approach a woman and she started fumbling in her purse for some change or something.

And it's called Union Station as that's the point where rail travellers arrive from all directions into Toronto. Union, unite, together.

Toronto has bigger fish to fry than trying to rename a train station.

  9. Bicky, why should those councillors in the Toronto City Hall Money House waste their time running the city and making it a good place to live when there are supremely important issues like this that need to be done?

I cant believe I actually agree with that stupid socialist spendthrift moron Adam Vaughan here. Another sign of the upcoming apocalypse for sure.

  11. @George, money - monkey; po-ta-to - po-tah-to

Silly me for thinking important work should get done at City Hall; not mind-numbing fluff. *smacks forehead* What was I thinking?

  12. Actually I should write money. Calling it a monkey house is a real insult to self-respecting monkeys everywhere.
