The problem with the accessibility car is that it can be hard to tell who is being a jerk and who isn't

If it is the accessibility car, why didn't this person talk to the CSR? I have heard announcements asking people to move because someone needs the seat.

Being PREGNANT Does NOT make you an accessible passenger. It was your choice to become pregnant, and you had a choice to keep it. Like it or lump it, others who actually have a disability have first rights to those seats.

I have the same problem most days(same cast too!) People sitting in the accessibility car - who don't appear to have a disability - just look at their feet when I get on. Most days the CSR notices me standing and asks someone to move. It amazes me that they have to ask.
