I just realized that I don't know how the stranger managed to buy a ticket for this person. If the stranger was at a wicket, wouldn't that wicket be available to this woman?
At Burlington the manned ticket sales are only on the north parking side while construction continues on the south (where the old ticket sales used to be). So the south lot only has ticket vending machines. :(
