PRESTO releases 2013 Transit Usage Reports on time - it's a Christmas baby Jesus miracle!

In May 2013, I had my wallet pick-pocketed as I stood on a street corner near Union Station. I was worried that my transit usage tied to the stolen card would not be carried over when I received my new card.

PRESTO proved me wrong. Not only did the usage carry over to my new account, but it's accurate and Presto released the reports when they promised. Thank you.

  2. I'm short three rides on my report. But since I can't count all months anyway, I'm not too fussed. Was shocked it was there today.

  3. C.J. A tip:

Please ensure to warn us to sit down before we read entries like this.

It is enough to given even 20 or 30 somethings a heart attack.

Thanks for doing this in the future.

  4. My report missed about half my monthly passes. I wonder if a lot of people had the same problem.

  5. Good grief it worked!

The funny part: My OC Transpo report shows monthly passes on 1 page with white space on the bottom.

The 2nd page had the overall total for a second time all by itself.

  6. This is going to be fun! I can't even get into the site, let alone get my usage report. Gonna be a long day.

  7. Shockingly, my estimation was lower than what Presto concluded. Absolutely shocked they came out on time. Well done!
