At the oral surgeon

'Member how I told you all how my gum line decided to quit my mouth? I'm at the oral specialist (giggity) waiting... and waiting...
I walked here. 7.4 kilometers.
Pause.
So I get to have a frenectomy! Also, my lower gum line will be built back up. With donor tissue (I see dead people).
Fun times.

  1. good luck! I may have to get mine done, this time on the top gums. Yikes, I have a low tolerance to pain and did not do well the first time lol.

  2. Ok, I googled "frenectomy" and nearly passed out from the images that came up. I should NOT have been having lunch while doing this.

I will say, I hope it all goes well and I don't want to hear the gory details. :)

  4. Hi Tom
With the wind, it took me 1 hour and 23 minutes to walk 7.4 km and my pace was 1 km every 11 minutes and 13 seconds. Usually I'm 10:40/km but walking against the wind was challenging

    And yep - Bicky - it's gross

  5. Refuses to look up frenectomy.
Ginna think it looks like friendectomy - the act of cutting a 'friend' out of your life as they have become bad for you.
