Regardless, I am assuming she disposed her garbage properly? That isn't something you want to smell after a day or so (shorter in the summer and/or near a heating vent).
How many people have touched that schedule? How many peoples habd were washed before touching it? What I do is wash the lid of whatever I am eating and use the lid as a spoon.
