It must be so exhausting to find a garbage bin (NEVER MIND THAT THERE ARE ONES ON THE TRAIN)
Why else would people throw beer cans and unfinished Booster drinks into the stairwell?
It's bad enough we get subjected to the laziness of litter bugs once the snow thaws throughout our own neighbourhoods, we get to see more littering laziness on our journey through Union.

ReplyDeleteI remember when I worked at a fast food place, on the overnight shift, cleaning the parking lot. One guy tossed his garbage out of the window of his car right in front of me with a smirk on his face. I went over, without a care in the world about losing that crappy minimum wage job, picked it up, and handed it back to him on his lap and said "excuse me sir, you seem to have dropped something". Then said "next time, I'll open it up before handing it back to you" and walked away with a smirk on my face.

ReplyDeleteWish my phone didn't die last night... By the time I got off the train I had counted 11 metro's laying on the ground and the seats. Just in my car. People have to literally walk by recycling bins to get from the platform to the parking lots.
ReplyDeleteAlso fun fact (that I found on the internet and may oray not be true): Walt Disney world have garbage receptacles every 30 steps. Mr. Disney observed that people in public would generally take that many steps with garbage in their hands before dropping it on the ground.
