Either this employee is incompetent or GO transit is engaging in a shell game as to what qualifies as a refund.
A little from column A, a little from column B
The first few times I attempted to get a refund there was no issue, now they've done this to me twice where the Rep on the train has said 15 minute delay and the claim has been rejected. I think it's chintzy on Metrolinx part.
Just as a follow up to this post, my claim was approved once they resubmitted it so it pays to follow up
