  5. The first few times I attempted to get a refund there was no issue, now they've done this to me twice where the Rep on the train has said 15 minute delay and the claim has been rejected.

    I think it's chintzy on Metrolinx part.

  6. Just as a follow up to this post, my claim was approved once they resubmitted it so it pays to follow up
