I actually parked next to someone at the GO station last week whose front seats looked like this. I can totally see that person as being responsible for this same mess.
The most unfortunate aspect of this is that GO has receptacles on the actual trains so there really is no excuse for this.
As a regular rider of the 501 streetcar, shit piles like this are regular happenstance, because Torontonians are just too lazy to hang onto their garbage until they exit their transit vehicle, and then toss it in the trash. It's just too much of an effort for them so they just leave it on the seat for people like me to either throw out the litter for them or to simply remove it from the seat.
I really don't know why this has to happen on GO. There are trash cans on the cars. So this shows both a lack of courtesy and laziness.

If this is how someone leaves a seat on a GO Train, I'd hate to see their apt/house/etc.
