ReplyDeleteNo wonder Asian countries are laughing at us when they're building commuter rail and subway many miles more than our walking paces.
The government should provide funding. How it gets spent should be left up to a separate entity free from political interference.
ReplyDeleteYou think Scarborough is going to see a subway or LRT in the next few years? Keep dreaming. The political foes that be will flip flop on the issue more than a fish on a dock.
