So this happened at Maple GO last Thursday afternoon

  1. She shouldn't hold her breath for free money. Our legal system doesn't work the same way that it does in the US.

    She might get a voucher for a week's worth of fares. Maybe.

  3. if it was a legal issue why didn't she just take a picture and move away from the train? Not defending her or anything but it does look like a big drop from that step to the platform.

  4. Good grief. While it does look like a bigger than normal step, most reasonable people would take extra care getting off the train.

    Would love to be a fly on the wall during any legal discussions on this one!

  5. Probably this woman is mentally crazy or trying to score a bogus quick legal settlement.

    If I was there, I would have forced that woman away from the tracks and yell "all aboard".
