I think the blue seats are on purpose. To designate accessibility seating and tell people to get the frig out of the way if someone needs one.Hey new message!

I didn't realize the TTC was voting PC
I heard they were going to do this. Here in Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge, this shade of blue is the standard seat color on Grand River Transit buses.
