  1. My wife and I saw this little guy 2 weeks ago near Walk Mart a couple blocks away from the bus yard where he was found slumbering. I'm not sure what he dined on since then but he looks pretty healthy.

  5. Valentino: I politely disagree, I'm a satisfied OC Transport customer. Had to be jaded by YRT first then moved to Ottawa to enjoy OC Transport foxes, raccoons and all!

  6. Michael,

    I meant no offence sir.

My comment was merely the ignorant jab of a jackass.

I lived in Ottawa for three years while going to Algonquin College's Theater Arts program.

I lived in Nepean, and the only place I wanted to hang out was downtown of course. At the time I found it a trying nuisance to take the 95 Orleans bus to and fro, especially during winters as I quickly learned what wimps Torontonians were after one Ottawa winter.

I'm sure OC Transpo has evolved and changed things a lot since then. I have been back to Ottawa a few times since, but not as an OC Transpo commuter, I'm sure it has greatly improved than from when I took it (circa 95-98).

I actually really loved my time in Ottawa. The downtown core has so much character, and you can literally feel yourself resonate with the history the city emits. If I were to consider other cities in Canada to live in other than Toronto Ottawa would easily be in my top 5.

Also any Torontonian, myself included should be careful when throwing jibes at other cities' transit systems as the TTC is a target that can have any great number of disses thrown at it nowadays.

    Peace!
