This is every commuter's public transit nope. Some random stranger mistakes you for a pillow. This happened to a Twitter follower of mine on the bus last night.
Oh, I've been there. I fell asleep on a Halifax bus and the guy I was leaning on woke me up at his stop. I was so embarrassed. He said he let me sleep because he figured I needed it.
This website is not only read by GO Transit passengers, but also by employees of various transit agencies across Canada and the US, members of the media and enjoys an audience from around the world. Please take that into consideration.

No drool... Thank goodness!! Every once in a while he'd roll his head away and I thought I was free.... NOPE. Kept happening. The bus was full :(
ReplyDeleteIf this happens to me (being slept on), I get a sudden to stretch, fiddle with things in my bag, and move about.
ReplyDeleteOn a school trip (back when I was 13 or so), I managed to fall asleep on a teacher's shoulder...
