  3. I'm not sure I understand what there is to be investigated?? I am not a frequent rider, therefore i rely on GO website to plan my trip. The website clearly outlines how they handle accessible situations and how those with accessible needs should prepare for their journey. .... So what's the issue??

  4. The person writing these comments is writing from a Rob Ford damage control PR perspective and I'm done reading them, publishing them and allowing for this crap to continue. This situation has been resolved. You can stop belly aching.

  5. I advised Tara to call ahead on future trips so that GO Transit drivers will be on the lookout for her at a station platform or stop. She wasn't aware of that option, and I don't see where the web site addresses that protocol.
