Will buses have right of way? Or will it be more of the same?

It honestly needs a new tower to be built. Isn't there enough space to house their offices within the expanded Union Station? Or some of the umpteen floors available within Brookfield and/or Oxford Properties? More construction and inconvenience is definitely a way to keep transit users happy.
They are not building a tower just for a bus depot. The tower is already planned and Metrolinx will lease the space. No Metrolinx offices will be located there aside from the bus station requirements. Metrloinx is not building this new office tower.
Metrolinx confirms its work at new GO station led to TTC suspension http://www.citynews.ca/2014/09/30/metrolinx-confirms-its-work-at-new-go-station-led-to-ttc-suspension/
what was that line you say all the time again? something something one job?
Didn't the existing redesigned GO bus Union station get finished in 2003? It's not old, yet GO feel the need to reconstruct again? At least our money is going somewhere important instead of more train service or switch and signal maintenance.
Nothing like selling the existing bus terminal to Ivanhoe Cambridge before the new complex is approved by the city. It's just a development proposal at this point.

I live in Philly, but I'm buying here (above) at first chance.
Oxford have over 56,000 square feet available directly across the road from Union Station.
