ReplyDeleteI was thinking something like that... They must go somewhere to get that new livery, and have to get brought back. It makes sense to get hooked in with a freight.

ReplyDeleteThat came from Thunder Bay brand spankin new. Oddly enough, I took that very same exact bi-level coach down to the VIA yard last night to be delivered to GO.

When Ontario Northland still ran train service from Cochrane to Toronto, you would occasionally see a GO BiLevel tacked onto the end of the train on it's way to or from the shops in North Bay. For a while they did full refurbishments there, lately they've just been doing paint for the company in Quebec that got the refurbishment contract.
